  1. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2 weeks. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Domestic & International Shipping
    1. We offer shipping within Hong Kong and to select international destinations.
    2. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Tracking information may take around 3 working days to update.
  5. Lost or Damaged Shipments We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility. If you experience any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, we will assist in resolving shipping concerns to the best of our ability.
